The above are the novels to date in the Dun Wheeling PI series of tongue-in-cheek PI/romance novels.  There are many more still to come.

Night Before August:  Dun is drawn into a web of deceit and treason as he works with a childhood friend, now a senior level FBI agent,  and the US Marshals to protect a man in the witness protection program.  A man who turns out to be the former lover of Dun's heart throb.

Castles of Deceit: A voluptuous headmistress uses her alluring mind-bending powers to ensnare Dun in her web of seduction while she works with an international ring of kidnappers to grab teenage girls for sex and drugs.

Sphere of Reason:  A sociopathic sexual predator and serial killer drools as he dreams of his victims gift-wrapped as a special present for him. At the urging of a close friend, Dun protects a woman next on the stalkers list and sees her morph from a frumpy, ugly duckling romance author into a beautiful and erotic full-figured woman. With Dun's former fiancee seeing another man, Dun is fair game for this woman who seeks the write the sex scene of her dreams.
